To discover and appreciate the rustic beauty of Cessole, it is necessary to climb up the old winding and narrow street that runs alongside the houses of the ancient lords until you come out in the square of the parish church Nostra Signora Assunta, a daring eighteenth-century building rich in sumptuous baroque decorations. The loggia of the first market in the valley opens in this square and the complex representation of the Living Nativity ends on Christmas Eve. The building located below the parish church is the oratory of the Confraternita dei Battuti. It is accessed via a scenic side door or directly from the inside, via a spiral stone staircase. The entire historic center of Cessole has maintained a frank medieval character and is particularly impressive in the evening, when careful lighting highlights stones, archivolts and dry stone walls.

FARMHOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Bio Agri-farm is located in the heart of the Langa Astigiana, between Acqui Terme, Canelli and Alba, a landscape of rare beauty where the harmony of colors in every season gives the area a special charm. In this peasant quiet environment you can spend relaxing stays away from the stress and chaos of the city with the possibility of being in contact with nature and walking or cycling through woods and hills. Excellent starting point for exploring the wine-growing landscapes of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato since 2014, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It offers both bed and breakfast and restaurant services with home cooking. The service is characterized by an accurate welcome in a family atmosphere and by a high quality level of the environments. FARM CROPS AND PRODUCTS
The farm includes about 7 hectares of land with Barbera, Dolcetto and Pinot Noir vineyards, woods, hazelnut groves and vegetable gardens and has been certified organic since 2001 with ICEA.
The owners have been working this land since 2000 with passion to produce quality organic wines and are happy to let the guests visit the property to tell them their story and experience.
It produces: 4 organic wines "Luca" Barbera d’Asti DOCG, "Daniele" Dolcetto d’Asti DOC, "La Follia" red DOC wine aged in wood with Pinot Noir grapes and "Carpe Diem" rosé wine with proprietary red grapes; hazelnuts variety Tonda Gentile Trilobata, whose harvest is intended for the organic production of toasted hazelnuts, grains and flour; vegetable productions such as appetizers and compotes with garden vegetables and the spontaneous collection of edible herbs, flowers, aromatic plants and wild fruit.
