Located in the Upper Tiber Valley, crossed by the Tiber itself and the Reggia stream, Umbertide has a characteristic historic center still surrounded by medieval walls in the stretches that line the waterways. One of the town's monuments is the Rocca, a superb medieval fortress, which has always been a symbol of Umbertide, now used as an Art Exhibition Center. The fortress consists of a 31-meter high square tower facing the Reggia stream connected inward by two lower circular towers and a third square bulwark..

Two rooms on the ground floor, with fireplace and spaces reserved for children's games, allow guests to meet.
