FARM CROPS AND PRODUCTS
In the small farm, a process of reconversion of an old rustic land that had been abandoned and impoverished over the years and finally now redeveloped into a new food garden has been started. Practice horticulture and fruit growing in synergy with ancient and endangered seeds and breeds (such as 'pink tomatoes', 'red eggplant', 'long ribbed' salad, yellow winter tomatoes called 'vernini', ancient legumes such as the Gorga bean, the 'vignarulo', the 'blood and milk' and others, especially in fruit plants almost all native and recovered from ancient local varieties), according to principles of traditional agriculture and without any use of substances of synthesis. It also collaborates in the production of some ancient grains of the southern Apennines. It also raises bees in a completely natural way, producing a very small but equally precious quantity of honey.
